I’m pretty new to Tumblr, so don’t hesitate to give me advice on how to make my blog better! :)
My name is William Yu and I’m a junior in high school currently living in California.
ETHNICITY: CHINESE
That’s right: I am of Chinese descent and am the first generation of the family to be born in America. Unfortunately, that means my parents still have the values of old fashioned China. Which also means that they want me to get A prus in every class, get a 2400 on the SAT, and become a doctor, lawyer, engineer, or scientist. No exceptions.
Luckily, living in America means that I have been extremely whitewashed. My English isn’t anything like oh herro prease or prease give dumpring; it’s very fluent. I also speak Chinese because my parents made me go to Chinese school for 10 years. Not saying that I don’t like that…because I can communicate with cute chinese girls.
My favorite things to do are playing a lot of video games, playing football or hockey, watching TV, hanging out with friends, and EATING. i <3 food :D
My favorite music is all over the place. It all depends on my mood. If I’m feeling relaxed and ready to sleep, maybe some Beethoven. If I’m feeling hyped up, maybe some Linkin Park or Jay Sean. If I’m feeling anything else, probably some KPOP. Recently I have been sick with yellow fever and checking out some asian things like korean dramas and korean pop songs. They are actually quite good.
